Textbooks for OLY1 at Auckland Uni: should you buy them?

To be completely frank, I think there's only one that's really necessary. That's A&P which is needed for biosci107 and medsci142. It was the only one that I bought and used. And if anyone wants a copy, I happen to have the 13th edition that I want to sell. 

With the other textbooks, I would say to actually start the other papers first before deciding if you want to buy the associated textbook. And also remember that there are pdf textbooks which save a lot of money! But for me, despite having the pdf version, I didn't even refer to them so use your own judgement as to whether you need it. Mostly, the lecturers teach and examine from the course guide and their lectures so focus on these more! 

A short post but I don't feel that it needs such a long answer. Basically, see for yourself. Experience is the best teacher.
